Pastebud is a great set of bookmarklets that let you use copy and paste within mobile safari and mail on your iPhone. You use the app simply by dragging the COPY and PASTE bookmarks from the pastebud website into your bookmarks folder in whichever browser you sync to your iPhone. Then, when you see text that you want to copy, simply tap the COPY bookmark in mobile safari. A new page loads, in which you can select the text you wish to copy by dragging, and then copy the text to pastebud, google, mail, or any other custom destination that you can add in the app.

 

Then, navigate to the page that you want to paste the text in, and tap the PASTE bookmark. All the text fields will turn green with a “PASTE HERE” text, and you tap whichever text field you want to paste the text in (or if you tap the ‘mail’ option in the COPY dialogue the text is simply sent to your mail app).
