Corners is one of the best, least useful apps that I’ve ever used.

 

Gameplay (?) : Have you ever stared at a screensaver for hours, waiting for the logo that was bouncing off of your computer or tv screen’s ‘walls’ to hit exactly in the corner?



Corners brings this awesome and frustrating experience to your iPhone or iPod Touch. You simply watch the square bounce off the edges of the screen, until finally it bounces into the corner, the screen flashes, and you’re suddenly the coolest person in the room.

In case you want to become cool twice as fast, you can change the speed of the bouncing square in the settings portion of the app, and you can also change the color of the square by tapping it.

Bottom Line: It’s a wonder that such a simple concept can be so entertaining, but I can remember spending literally hours in front of a tv just watching the bouncing DVD logo, waiting for that moment of truth. This is a fun little app that will entertain you for a couple of minutes, and make your life just that much better.
